PAYMENT
Payment in full prior to service is required of all new clients (those who have used our services less than 3 times). Established clients (those who have used our services 3 or more times) may leave payment on the first day of service. A $5 plus 10% of total services late charge will be assessed to service that is not paid according to policy. We accept cash or checks payable to The Pet Nanny of Trinity.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Charge Schedule (% applies to entire service period total):
• 48 hours or less prior to any service and/or holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
• 3 - 6 days prior to service: 20% of service total is due (80% refund)
• 7 days or more: No charge, refund in full.
HOLIDAY CHARGE
Holiday charges will apply for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
KEY COPIES
We require 2 working keys at the time of consultation or an additional $5.00 will be added to your bill to make a duplicate key.
KEY RETURN
A key drop off charge of $10.00 will be applied for any keys returned in person. A charge of $6.00 will apply for any keys returned by certified mail.
RETURN HOME PROCEDURE
For the benefit of your pets, please call us at 727-534-6576 when you return home. If no message is received, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to get in touch with you we will assume that your pet needs a visit. A visit will be made and you will be charged your regular per visit fee.
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
You may create an account using Power Pet Sitter, an online scheduling tool. This allows you to enter your personal and pet information and schedule an initial consultation from the convenience of your computer 24 hours a day. You will be asked to create a user name and password which will enable you to schedule future service online. Since many people prefer the “personal touch” of a phone call, you may call us at 727-534-6576 to schedule service or set up a consultation.
